Greenbelt Dog Park
Membership
All users of the Greenbelt Dog Park who hold a valid park permit, issued by the City of Greenbelt, are automatically part of the membership of the Greenbelt Dog Park Association. The Association acts as a unified voice for the users of the park, assists with research, fundraising and communication for and about the park and works with city departments to see that the park is a positive space within our community.
Per our Bylaws, which can be read in detail on the GOVERNANCE page, the Association meets bimonthly. All members are welcome to attend meetings and vote on matters of importance. Members are also encouraged to become active in the Association by serving on committees. The following are the standing committees of the Association:

Leadership
Kris White, founder of the Greenbelt Dog Park Association, serves as a permanent member of the board of directors. Immediate Past President Margie Whitacre also serves on the board of directors.
During the May 19 reorganizational meeting of the Dog Park Association, Amanda Leigh Brozana was selected as the interim president until elections are held during the Annual Meeting in October, as per the bylaws. Brozana can be reached by email or by phone (voice or text) at (508) 558-8526.
Interim Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary will be named by early June.
We need you!
The Association needs active members in order to continue the work to improve the experience for dogs and owners who use the park and maintain a positive relationship with city leaders and employees. Please consider volunteering for a specific committee or indicating your areas of interest or expertise and willingness to be a part of our leadership by using the CONTACT form or emailing Brozana.
Attend our next meeting
The next Dog Park Association Meeting will be held in July at the Greenbelt Community Center, 15 Crescent Road, Greenbelt. Date to be determined.
Topics to be discussed will be posted here and at the Dog Park at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
